Founder and President of Osprey Health. He is a seasoned professional having accumulated over 35 years’ experience in the business of healthcare. Mark has spearheaded an array of projects including startups, business development, strategic planning, contracting, fiscal management, policy development, regulatory compliance, and governance structure. He is an articulate communicator, possessing a track record of innovative quality and revenue enhancing initiatives and programs.

His clients include ambulatory surgical centers, cardiac cath labs, pharmacies, outpatient clinics, diagnostic imaging centers, clinical laboratories, rehabilitation clinics, personal injury clinics, governmental municipalities and Accountable Care Organizations. He is also competent in navigating payment systems, physician incentive plans, CMS regulatory compliance and has performed a number of organizational compliance audits.

Mark has owned diagnostic imaging centers, physical therapy clinics, a clinical laboratory, a Chronic Care Management company, and been the CEO of a Federally Qualified Health Center, (FQHC), as well as, CEO of a highly successful orthopedic practice.

Marks forte is his nuanced understanding and awareness of JCAHO, AAAHC and QUAD A accreditation requirements. Importantly, his accessibility and relationship building ability with organizational leadership and medical staffs allow him to see around corners and guide them comfortably through the accreditation endeavor.
